Workshop
Working with you at the earliest stages of the project, we undertake an interactive workshop with all relevant stakeholders to discuss and review all the available project information.
During this stage, we outline the project responsibilities between the client, designer, builder and FF&E Procurement teams.
Cost Planning
When we get to the cost planning stage, we leverage all our years of experience, looking at previous projects with similar scope and create a loose furniture cost plan. We then collaborate with clients, designers and project teams to develop a working budget that aligns with the overall project cost plan and programme.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
& FURNITURE SOURCING
During this stage we will work with the designer’s specifications and provide furniture solutions to meet the design, cost and timeframe requirements.
We ensure the client, designer and project teams are on board at every stage.
During this stage, it is important to note designers create bespoke products and designs for a project that have never been manufactured before.
Belacqua Studio will undertake a rigorous product development process with suppliers and manufacturers and develop prototypes to bring these products to life.
Furniture Procurement
Once all furniture and bespoke products are trialled and tested, materials have been confirmed and shop drawings have been signed off, we will purchase all your loose furniture by placing orders with our suppliers and manufacturers.
Logistics & Installation
Working with our global and local network of logistics partners, our transport team will review and consider the optimum solutions for your project, implementing the most efficient and effective mix of delivery solutions for the project.
We have a dedicated installation team who will plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of the furniture delivery and installation which includes positioning, inspecting and rubbish removal, ensuring they are ready for handover.
Handover & After Sales Services
Attention to detail is crucial throughout the handover process. We collate manufacturers warranties, care and maintenance manuals, safety certificates and service agreement document for the final handover.
